The next event for MWVTA is the 35th Medicine Bow Cup at Esterbrook, WY, on July 3rd & 4th. Any MWVTA member who rides the Medicine Bow Cup is eligible to earn points toward their MWVTA 2021 season total.
To earn MWVTA points for Medicine Bow, you must ride a bike & class comparable to what you ride at MWVTA events. Riding a modern bike at Medicine Bow will not earn points toward a MWVTA vintage class. An example is that if you usually compete in the Historic class on the B line at MWVTA events – riding your modern bike at Medicine Bow will not earn points in the MWVTA Historic B line class.
After Medicine Bow, MWVTA’s next event will be at Lake Fork, NM the weekend of August 7th & 8th, 2021. Lake Fork has Moab-like rocks with grassy areas for primitive camping. Should there be any issues with holding the Lake Fork event, we will post it on the website and notify members via the email list.
