Last weekend found several Mt. West Vintage Trials Association riders at the Sipapu Valley Ski Resort in New Mexico. Over the two day event, riders rode a total of 60 sections while riding up & down the hillside 6 times. Sipapu is in the mountains above Taos, and is a beautiful place to ride ~ or just relax.
Results for the event are posted on the Results Page. The terrain proved to be challenging in some places while forgiving in others.
Next up is the “Dolores Escalante Days Trial“. Held during the Dolores Escalante Days celebration, this event starts with a parade through town. And there will be all kinds of things for folks to do along with the trial event. You might even get to ride sections in an old, vacant house!
