Though we have very few minors that ride with us, it is required that they have a minor waiver signed and notarized by both parents or legal guardians. It is also required by our insurance carrier that we have a authorizing letter on file as well. Anyone who this may affect can call or send me an email through the MWVTA Contact Us form, if they need more info.
Everyone please make sure that when you sign in that you also sign the general waiver form as well, and if you have someone with you as a spectator they need to sign it as well.
