We need to let the Elk’s Lodge know how many people are expected to attend the MWVTA banquet next weekend, so if you haven’t RSVP’s yet – please do it ASAP.
It’s super easy – you can make your reservation through the link in the Annual Awards Banquet post, or the link on the Events page.
The dinner this year will be a Taco Bar (choice of beef or chicken), Pinto Beans, Green Salad with dressings, and Ice Cream dessert.
Season number plates (see Results here) will be given out, along with the “Over the Bars” award, and the new award for making every MWVTA event for the 2018 season.
Club business will also be discussed – it’s your club – come and participate!
