Our first two rounds of the 2018 season were great! Well, except for the weather than came in about noon on Sunday.
Thanks to everyone who helped to get Sunday’s event done before the weather came in. We almost made it. Due to the wind and snow we were not able to finish posting Sunday’s scores so be sure to check the Results page to see the final placings. You’ll notice that each day’s results are listed separately with section by section scores.
We had 29 riders on Saturday and 27 on Sunday, with 4 new riders for the weekend. Welcome new members & riders! Judging from the comments as the riders came in each loop, everyone had fun and enjoyed the sections set by Trials Masters Ron Shoemaker, Dennis Satterfield, and helpers.
Konrad was our chef Saturday night, and as usual he put on a great Bar B-Q. Thank you Konrad!

Next up is our first Colorado event, with a location change. The event will be held at Turkey Rock instead of Tucker Ranch, on May 19th & 20th.
And remember that season points are counted from when you join or renew your MWVTA membership (membership is Jan – Dec). If you haven’t joined or renewed for the 2018 season – do it today! Membership cards & stickers are being mailed to those who joined or renewed at San Ysidro.
